Your insert is a bespoke, made to order item. Once your order has been placed, our skilled team of craftsmen will commence creating your insert in accordance with your specifications.

Every item is made from premium, durable, high-grade quality 2MM felt. The material is water repellent, lightweight and non-toxic with an improved anti-pilling finish.

As our inserts are bespoke items, each is custom made based on your requirements.

Once an order has been placed, we seek to deliver your insert within 7-10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email from us with information regarding delivery of your order. Please note that there may be circumstances that will increase the time frame. Please feel free to contact us on contact@theluxeinsert.com if you have any questions about your order.

International Orders - Please note that the price does not include duties or taxes. If your order incurs duties and taxes, this will be payable upon delivery. Please see the Shipping & Delivery section for further information.

Colours - The colours available for your insert may slightly vary depending on your screen resolution quality. The Luxe Insert sources an exclusive subset of material that have unique colour blend properties. We recommend that you browse our website and social media pages to see pictures of the colours and effects in which the inserts are available in.

Craftsmanship – As all our orders are bespoke handmade items, products will vary in stitching.

Pilling - While we strive to source the best materials for our inserts, please be aware that pilling can occur with regular use as it is a natural consequence of friction and wear. We advise that our inserts are used with care to prolong the usage of them.
