The pockets inside of the inserts can vary according to the size of the bag or in accordance with your specification.

As each insert is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds once production has begun, unless the item is defective or has been supplied incorrectly.

Your insert is a bespoke, made to order item. Once your order has been placed, our skilled team of craftsmen will commence creating your insert in accordance with your specifications.

Material

Every item is made from premium, durable, high-grade quality 2MM felt. The material is water repellent, lightweight and non-toxic with an improved anti-pilling finish.

Delivery & Shipping

As our inserts are bespoke items, each is custom made based on your requirements.

Once an order has been placed, we seek to deliver your insert within 7-10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email from us with information regarding delivery of your order.
