Our workshop will take its annual Summer Atelier Break from 21 July to 21 August.

Our website will remain open throughout this period, and orders are welcome as usual.

Orders placed between 21 July and 21 August will be handcrafted and dispatched from 22 August onwards.

Please ensure you have selected the correct bag before placing your order. Each insert is individually handcrafted for the specific handbag selected and is not compatible with other bag models, even where they may appear similar.

As each insert is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds once production has begun, unless the item is defective or has been supplied incorrectly.

Product Details

Your insert is a bespoke, made to order item. Once your order has been placed, our skilled team of craftsmen will commence creating your insert in accordance with your specifications.

Material

Every item is made from premium, durable, high-grade quality 2MM felt. The material is water repellent, lightweight and non-toxic with an improved anti-pilling finish.

Delivery & Shipping

As our inserts are bespoke items, each is custom made based on your requirements.

Once an order has been placed, we seek to deliver your insert within 7-10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email from us with information regarding delivery of your order. Please note that there may be circumstances that will increase the time frame. Please feel free to contact us on contact@theluxeinsert.com if you have any questions about your order.

International Orders - Please note that the price does not include duties or taxes. If your order incurs duties and taxes, this will be payable upon delivery. Please see the Shipping & Delivery section for further information.
