Prior to releasing any item to our customers, a thorough quality control process will have taken place to ensure that your order passes our stringent tests. As such we do not generally offer exchanges or refunds on any items unless it is defective or you have received an incorrect item.
We give you our assurance that in the unlikely circumstance of you receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will make it right! Please email us at contact@theluxeinsert.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will respond to you with further details of the returns process.
