As each insert is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds once production has begun, unless the item is defective or has been supplied incorrectly.

Crafted from premium 2mm felt, chosen for its lightweight durability and ability to protect, organise and preserve the shape of luxury handbags. The material is water-repellent, non-toxic and features an enhanced anti-pilling finish for a refined look and lasting performance.

Delivery & Shipping

As each Luxe Insert is handcrafted to order, every insert is created specifically to your selected requirements.
Once your order has been placed, our artisans will begin crafting your insert. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7–10 working days. You will receive an email update once your order has been dispatched.
