Your insert is a bespoke, made to order item. Once your order has been placed, our skilled team of craftsmen will commence creating your insert in accordance with your specifications.

Every item is made from premium, durable, high-grade quality 2MM felt. The material is water repellent, lightweight and non-toxic with an improved anti-pilling finish.

As our inserts are bespoke items, each is custom made based on your requirements.

Once an order has been placed, we seek to deliver your insert within 7-10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email from us with information regarding delivery of your order. Craftsmanship – As all our orders are bespoke handmade items, products will vary in stitching.

Pilling - While we strive to source the best materials for our inserts, please be aware that pilling can occur with regular use as it is a natural consequence of friction and wear. We advise that our inserts are used with care to prolong the usage of them.
